Biografía
Maribel Verdú (nacida en Madrid el de octubre de 1970) es una actriz española. Es conocida internacionalmente por interpretar a Luisa en la película de 2001 Y tu mamá también y a Mercedes en la película de 2006 de Guillermo del Toro, El laberinto del fauno. También ha participado en películas como Belle Époque, Tetro, o Huevos de oro.
Verdú (nombre completo María Isabel Verdú Rollán) empezó a actuar a los 13 años. Ha aparecido en más de 50 películas desde 1984, además de varias series de televisión. En 2007, fue invitada a formar parte de la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas de Hollywood. En 2008 logró el premio por Siete mesas de billar francés, de Gracia Querejeta.
Verdú está casada Pedro Larrañaga Merlo, hijo de los actores Carlos Larrañaga y María Luisa Merlo.
